* INFORMATION CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING The Processor of all the data processed in connection with registration for ABSL Summit 2024 is Związek Liderów Sektora Usług Biznesowych (Association of Business Service Leaders), with its registered office in Warsaw (00-124), Rondo ONZ 1 (hereinafter: ABSL). Contact details: absl@absl.pl. The indicated data will be processed for the following purposes:
- to the extent that, as long as the subject has given consent, personal data will be processed for the purposes of direct marketing and/or provision of commercial information (the legal basis for data processing is Article 6.1.a of Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter: GDPR), until direct marketing and/or provision of commercial information is realized, no longer than until the consent is withdrawn;
- execution of the contract regarding participation in ABSL Summit 2024 (the legal basis for data processing is Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), for the duration of the contract, and after its termination within the periods specified by the accounting regulations or until the statute of limitations for claims relating to the contract;
- to comply with legal obligations under tax and accounting regulations, in particular to properly document transactions for tax settlement purposes, to prepare financial statements and for the performance of obligations under accounting regulations (the legal basis for data processing is Article 6.1.c of the GDPR), for the period resulting from accounting and tax regulations;
- to demonstrate the lawfulness of ABSL's operations, as well as to assert and defend against claims (the legal basis for data processing is the realization of ABSL's legitimate interest - Article 6.1.f of the GDPR), for the period after which claims become time-barred.
Provision of the above data is not a statutory or contractual requirement, but it is necessary for registration of participation in ABSL Summit 2024. Your personal data may be transferred to: i. entities entitled to receive data under the law; ii. ABSL's associates and employees responsible for the execution of the contract; iii. entities processing personal data on behalf of ABSL, including but not limited to IT service providers - with such entities processing data on the basis of a contract with the administrator and only in accordance with the administrator's instructions.
You may withdraw the consent you have given at any time, by contacting us at the above email address. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of data processing based on consent in the period before its withdrawal. You are also entitled to:
- request access to your data processed by ABSL;
- rectify (amend) your data;
- erase your data or restrict the data processing;
- data portability, which means the right to receive data processed by ABSL or to request its transfer to another entity.
You may object to the processing of your data at any time. Our exercise of your rights is subject to our ability to identify the person making the request to ensure that it is made by the person entitled to do so. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
